positive approach to your career
the first step on the road to a good career is not to see any work you do, however humble it may seems, as “just a job” . this little word “just” is one that hampers and handicaps women .
How many women do you meet who inform you that they are “just” a housewife, or “just” a secretary , or “just” the office dogsbody, or that they “just” have a part time job ?
At the very outset, you must set yourself goals. This is or prime importance, otherwise you drift on, not knowing where you are supposed to be going. I will try to give some advice according to my experience in life, this is some valuable advice on goal setting;
First of all, the goals must be Realistic, it is no use saying; I want be rich and famous, you have to know how you are going to achieve this and, more importantly, why you want to be rich and famous.
If setting goals is a new concept for you, then you must get that;
1- First of all, forget the past, instead of trying to be somebody else, start being you.
2- make a list of the goals you would like to achieve and set about achieving them
3- do not depend very much on luck
4- you will get what you want if you really insist
5- try to set goals that suits your ability or capability, do not make overload on your self, to avoid getting down.
6- Think about the work that you would like to do, in another words, the career that suits your nature, to be more specific, a work you would love to do
7- Some people will try to get you down, as a result of jealousy! Do not ever give up, and do not less the value of what you do.
If you do the last points you will find your self in your career , try and you will not be disappointed .
